1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The return period begins on the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

- Not damaged or altered in any way
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Ship the item to our store address or bring it in person
- Wait for confirmation of receipt and inspection
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items without original packaging or tags

9. Exchanges
